Just south of Tucson, lies the tiny community of Rio Rico. Rio Rico was looking to bolster its image as a resort community to increase home ownership and to grow the town.



We researched the primary demographics that would be interested in what Rio Rico had to offer. In addition to the gorgeous surroundings, Rio Rico’s golf course being on the PGA Senior Qualifying Tour tested very well.



Our campaign centered on eye catching but serene imagery that captured the relaxed lifestyle of Rio Rico. There was a mix of calm colors, natural beauty, and active living.



We produced brochures, mass mailers, as well placement in national magazines.



Our successful campaign was well received for over a 12-year period. Rio Rico is now a top destination for golf, resort getaway, cultural experiences, and food tastings and has even been featured in major publications such as Sunset Magazine.
